Easy way to live healthy (1)

- Reduce the portion you do drink tea every day
- Do not drink coffee more than once a day
- Drink lots of water in the morning and decrease in
night
- Do not eat a large portion of the above hours of 6 pm
- Do not drink pill (drug) with cold water
- Reduce your oil consumption
- Do not use headphones/earphones in term

- Use the left ear for talking on the phone
- Do not use mobile phones when in-charging
- When your mobile battery is already visible digrid, don’t call up, because the radiation is greater.
- The best time to sleep is starting at 10
pm to 5 am
